The content is designed to raise awareness regarding best practice research pertaining to key aspects of D.E.I. The training regarding D.E.I. should consistently include a discussion of the main cause of concerns and that is inappropriate bias. Accordingly, in addition to key DEI definitions, we will explore social organization in the workplace to take a closer look at how the ways we naturally and socially organize can fuel or can minimize the negative impact of bias. Of course, none of the CIFS Business Practice certification series are complete without doing some scenario exercises that reinforce course content and none are complete without a final knowledge assessment!
